Verksamheten där leds av Upasaka Yao Wú (Richard) och erbjuder ett alternativ till Japansk Zen med en något friare praktikform och en närmare anknytning till den traditionella Mahayanabuddhismen. Malmö Chan Buddhist Temple står under överinseende av klostret Bailin Chan Sí i Kina.
Då och då kommer Chan-läraren Ming Bao från huvudcentret i Malmö och föreläser samt håller halvdags-retreater.

Once in a while Dharma Teacher Ming Bao will come and give lectures and half day shexin (retreats).
